This is a beautiful townhouse. The location is the best in Nerja as it has coffee shop, restaurants, tapas bars, grocery shops and the beach on its door step yet when you enter the garden through the electronic gates you enter an oasis of peace and tranquillity.

The GROUND FLOOR has a lounge with cable T.V., dining area, guest toilet with washing machine and modern kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Double doors lead onto a south-west terrace and on down to the communal pool and garden.

The FIRST FLOOR has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both have sliding doors and window shutter leading to a small balcony. The main bedroom has a lovely view of the communal garden and the second bedroom has views of the mountains and sea.

The THIRD LEVEL has a south-west terrace with garden view, sun beds and a shower and a second terrace on the street side with sea and mountain views.
