Villa Claudia is located in a quiet, tucked away location on the eastern side of the town of Nerja. There is a large supermarket and a small cluster of bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away; Burriana beach and the centre of Nerja town are both walking distance.

High walls and a security entrance gate screen the property completely, entry to the property is from a covered terrace directly into the L shaped lounge diner which is comfortably furnished and has satellite television. There are sofas in both sections of the lounge diner and curtains to create separate reception areas if required. From the second section, double doors lead to a small room at the front of the house which has 2 single beds making a third bedroom if required.

To the rear of the property are two double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room, one complete bathroom. Spacious kitchen and huge utility room, fully fitted for self catering holidays with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc etc. Villa Claudia also benefits from heating for the winter months and there is a working fireplace in the lounge.

The terrace is part covered and part open and offers total privacy being shielded on all side. Dining table and chairs are provided for eating al fresco and there are sunbeds too. Steps lead up to the small private swimming pool, fitted with Jacuzzi jets. The steps are gated to prevent children reaching the pool unsupervised.
