Casa Alegria is a spacious 4 bedroomed villa with private pool in a quiet residential area on the favoured east side of Nerja. The villa forms part of a complex of just two other properties, each have their own private pools and independent entrances but all are available for holiday rentals should you be travelling in a group. From the villa it is less than 10 minutes walk to Burriana beach and around 15 minutes to the town centre. There is a large supermarket nearby.
The development has secure entryphone system and a flight of stairs leads you to Casa Alegria. The pool measures 6x4m and at only 1.3m deep is great for families with small children. There are sunbeds around the pool and a covered BBQ area with dining table and chairs. All of this area is well screened with a high level of privacy. Steps lead to a large roof terrace with further sunbeds and offering panoramic views. Inside Casa Alegria is spacious and benefits from a central heating/air conditioning system as well as double glazing and security/black-out blinds. There are 4 large bedrooms, two with double beds and two with three x single beds thus comfortably sleeping 10 people. There is also a cot if required. There are two shower rooms and a tub for baby bathing. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob. The lounge diner is L shaped with a large dining table and chairs, sofas, satellite TV giving freeview UK channels, CD & DVD players.
