Its an ideal holiday home for small families , couples or friends. The house is set in a small well presented complex one of the most sought after for holidays in Nerja. There is a private enclosed patio area ideal for sunbathing ,dining or a relaxing evening drink. The famous Burriana beach is five minutes from the house and town centre a leisurely ten minute stroll. We will have full photos available at the end of January when the work is completed.

2 bedrooms , sleeps maximum of 4 people Bedroom 1 - 1 Double Bed Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Bed Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has two single beds, Bedroom 1 is bright and spacious and has small balcony off. There is lots of storage space, A cot for small child can be supplied. Bedroom 2 is bright and airy, it is slightly smaller than the main bedroom . Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Duvets/ blankets are provided for the cooler winter evenings.

Notes: The house is not suited to someone with very restricted mobility as there are stairs to the second floor. However , there have been guests in their seventies who have stayed and have not found any problems . Heaters are provided for the cooler winter evenings, Sun beds are provided for the pool or patio area. The house is managed by Gerry and Elaine from Nerja Property Management. This ensures a very high standard of maintenance and presentation for all our our guests
