The famous Burriana beach is five minutes from the house and town centre a leisurely ten minute stroll.

2 bedrooms , sleeps maximum of 4 people Bedroom 1 - 1 Double Bed Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Bed Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has two single beds, Bedroom 1 is bright and spacious and has small balcony off. There is lots of storage space, A cot for small child can be supplied. Bedroom 2 is bright and airy, it is slightly smaller than the main bedroom . Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Duvets/ blankets are provided for the cooler winter evenings.

Suitability: pets not allowed, wheelchair inaccessible, children welcome, unsuitable for elderly or infirm

Notes: The house is not suited to someone with very restricted mobility as there are stairs to the second floor. However , there have been guests in their seventies who have stayed and have not found any problems . Heaters are provided for the cooler winter evenings, Sun beds are provided for the pool or patio area.
