Stupendous 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments in the Apartamentos Burriana Playa Building situated on the frontline to Burriana beach, the most popular beach in Nerja with its numerous shops, bars restaurants, watersports and around a 10 minute walk into the town centre of Nerja.
All of the apartments are spacious, modern and well presented and all are fully equipped for self catering holiday rentals. They are situated on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors which are all served by a lift. Underground, allocated parking is available at 5 euro per day, again served by the lift. This does not need to be booked in advance and may be used only as needed.
There are 11 x one bedroom apartments available, each comprising modern fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron and board. Spacious fully tiled complete bathroom with shower over bath. Bedroom with superb sea and beach views, twin beds pushed together, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the private terrace. The lounge is south facing, again with superb sea and beach views, furnished with dining table and chairs, sofa bed and satellite TV. Patio doors lead to the large terrace, equipped with sunbeds, table and chairs for al fresco dining and overlooking the sea and beach at Burriana as well as beautiful views of the surrounding area and the mountains.
All the apartments enjoy the use of a huge rooftop terrace with ample parasols and sunbeds plus a communal pool. Safes are installed in the apartments and are available at 2 euro per day.
The apartments all have fans for the summer and radiators for the winter months.
