The Miramar Villas are neighbouring, identical modern detached villas offering well presented self catering accommodation over 3 floors for 6 to 8 people in a residential area a short distance from Burriana beach with its numerous shops, bars restaurants and water sports and less than 10 minutes walk through to the town of Nerja either along the beach or via a well lit, pedestrian path.

Each villa has a gated entry leading to ample car parking and a separate pedestrian gate across a small courtyard from the property. Inside the entire property has marble flooring throughout and begins with a spacious entrance hall from which there is a fully tiled shower room with shower, wash hand basin and wc. Modern kitchen, fully equipped for self catering with double sinks, oven, hob, microwave, full size fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and board etc. Door leading to outside terrace.

There is a large en suite fully tiled bathroom with his n hers wash hand basins, bath with shower over, bidet and wc. The second and third bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, twin beds and doors to the lower terrace. All the bedroom patio doors are fitted with full length black out blinds. The main bathroom is also fully tiled and fitted with bath with shower over, his n hers wash hand basins, bidet and wc.
From the entrance courtyard a staircase leads down to the pool area and to a totally self contained 1 bedroomed apartment. The apartment also has marble flooring throughout and comprises entrance hall with large storage cupboards for suitcase storage etc. shower room, fully tiled with shower cubicle, his n hers wash hand basins and wc. Lounge with sofa, armchair, dining table and chairs, kitchenette with hob, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster etc. Doors lead from the lounge and kitchenette directly to the pool area. Large bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and security safe. Doors from the bedroom lead directly to the pool area.

Outside there is a rectangular private pool approximately 5m x 3.6m surrounded by a huge terrace area with sunbeds, BBQ, table and chairs for al fresco dining,

The Miramar Villas are offered as self catering holiday rental accommodation with fans for the summer time and heaters for the winter months. Towels and bedlinen are provided but not beach towels. Flexible arrival and departure days of the week are also offered.
