Spacious modern kitchen, fully equipped for self catering with oven, hob, microwave, full size fridge freezer, kettle, toaster etc., rear door leading to outside terrace with washing machine and clothes drying area plus a courtyard with BBQ.
Lounge with 2 sofas, satellite TV, fireplace, dining table and chairs, doors to terrace at the front of the building beside the front door.

Also from the third bedroom there is a door to the outside from which a spiral staircase leads to the rooftop terrace with sunbeds, shower and enjoying views of the sea, mountains and across to the town of Nerja.
The main bathroom is fully tiled and fitted with bath with shower over, wash hand basin, bidet and wc.
From the hall at entry level a further marble staircase sweeps down to a totally self contained 2 bedroomed apartment which also has its own independent access at street level. Villa Carmen is offered as self catering holiday rental accommodation with fans for the summer time and heaters for the winter months. Towels and bedlinen are provided but not beach towels. Flexible arrival and departure days of the week are also offered.
