The property is accessed through a security entrance gate with entryphone system, then steps up to the front door at first floor level. The living accommodation has marble flooring throughout and begins with a spacious entrance hall from which there is a small fully tiled bathroom with ½ bath and shower over, wash hand basin and wc. Spacious modern kitchen, fully equipped for self catering with oven, hob, microwave, full size fridge freezer, kettle, toaster etc., rear door leading to outside terrace with washing machine and clothes drying area plus a courtyard with BBQ.
Lounge with 2 sofas, satellite TV, fireplace, dining table and chairs, doors to terrace at the front of the building beside the front door.
From the entrance hall there is a sweeping marble staircase leading up to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all with marble flooring throughout. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and twin beds, an en suite fully tiled shower room with shower, wash hand basin and wc, the bedroom also has sliding patio doors to a further terrace. The second and third bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and twin beds. Also from the third bedroom there is a door to the outside from which a spiral staircase leads to the rooftop terrace with sunbeds, shower and enjoying views of the sea, mountains and across to the town of Nerja.
The main bathroom is fully tiled and fitted with bath with shower over, wash hand basin, bidet and wc.
From the hall at entry level a further marble staircase sweeps down to a totally self contained 2 bedroomed apartment which also has its own independent access at street level. The apartment has tiled flooring throughout and comprises lounge with 2 sofas, dining table and chairs, kitchen with oven, hob and fridge/freezer. 2 bedrooms, each with twin beds and fitted wardrobes and complete bathroom with bath and shower over, wash hand basin and wc. Large storage room for suitcases etc.

The apartment can be completely locked up in order to offer Villa Carmen as a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom property over the upper two floors.

Outside there is a rectangular private pool approximately 5m x 3.6m surrounded by terracing with sunbeds, to the rear there is a further courtyard/BBQ area.

Villa Carmen is offered as self catering holiday rental accommodation with fans for the summer time and heaters for the winter months. Towels and bedlinen are provided but not beach towels. Flexible arrival and departure days of the week are also offered.
