Property is very secure for children. The whole property is in the same level. At the entrance of the property and before the main door, there is a porche, with a gate with lock, that means that main door can be opened that children can not go out. Also terrace is very secure, because it has got a baranda of about 1.10 meters high.
From the street of the complex to the property, there are about 12 steps, but, as mentioned above, the whole property is in one level.
