Burriana beach with its vast array of shops, bars, restaurants, watersports and recreational facilities is around a 10 minute walk away.

Casa Cascada offers spacious accommodation with the bedrooms at entry level and living at upper level in order to make the most of the wonderful panoramic views. The master bedroom has king size bed, patio doors to the swimming pool area and en suite complete bathroom. The two further bedrooms both have twin beds and patio doors leading to the pool area. There is a family bathroom. Upstairs the kitchen is well equipped with modern units including a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge is furnished with 2 sofa beds and UK satellite TV plus dining table and chairs. From the lounge patio doors lead to a large south/south west facing terrace with beautiful sea and mountain views. The terrace is furnished with dining table and chairs and brick built BBQ. Also from the lounge patio doors lead a flight of steps to the roof terrace which has amazing panoramic views as can be seen on our fabulous interactive virtual tour of the Casa. The roof terrace has a further BBQ and fridge.

The private pool measures 6x4m and there are sun lounger chairs and sun beds provided.

As well as its private pool the villa shares the use of a beautiful communal pool. The pool is a good size and there are sun beds provided, the pool is closed in January and February

The villa has ceiling fans for the summer and heating for the winter months.
