The apartment shares the use of a beautiful communal swimming pool. The pool is a good size and there are sun loungers provided around the pool, the pool is closed in January and February

Casa Frambuesa has terraces to both the front and rear of the property. The rear terrace faces south west and has relaxer chairs and good views, whilst the terrace to the front, has a brick built BBQ area and dining table and chairs. From this terrace the views of the sea and mountains are simply beautiful. The lounge has patio doors leading to the front terrace, furnished with 2 sofa beds and UK satellite TV plus dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with modern units including a dishwasher. The apartment also has a washing machine. The master bedroom is up a few steps and has king size bed and door to the rear terrace. Outside the bedroom is a complete bathroom including a shower over the bath. The second bedroom has twin beds and outside this one is a further complete bathroom.

The apartment has ceiling fans for the summer and heating for the winter months. For
