Large open plan lounge/dining room, comfortably furnished and including dining table and chairs, satellite TV and 3 piece suite.

The kitchen is modern and fully furnished for self catering, including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Archway incorporating breakfast bar and stools toward the lounge.
The lounge leads to a large south facing terrace with superb views to the town and sea. Small pool, sun beds, table and chairs, BBQ. There is also a roof terrace with sun beds and wonderful panoramic views.

The villa benefits from air conditioning/heating (supplement applies). There is a camp bed enabling the villa to sleep up to 5 people. Bed linen, towels and cot all provided. Cleaning on arrival and departure included, extra cleaning available.
