From the lounge patio doors lead to the large terrace, furnished with dining table, chairs, sunbeds and giving good views over the central plaza of the complex, the lake and the beach and sea beyond.
The kitchen is well equipped for self catering holidays including oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine.
There are two bedrooms, one with double and one with twin beds pushed together.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath, wc and wash basin.
Capistrano Playa is a highly popular complex situated directly behind Burriana beach, which is accessed by walking past the ornamental lake and through the beautifully maintained gardens of Capistrano Playa.

Capistrano Playa offers a huge communal pool and toddler pool with games rooms etc and a supermarket on site.

Burriana beach has a vast array of shops, bars and restaurants as well as numerous sports and recreational facilities and children's play areas. From here the town of Nerja can be reached in around 10 minutes walking.
