Villa Aritza is a detached villa with private pool and gardens, well placed for a family holiday just a short walk from Burriana beach.
The villa is entered via the kitchen which is fully equipped for self catering including a washing machine and breakfast table and chairs. Double doors lead to the large living area divided by archways to form a separate dining area which is triple aspect and very light and bright. The main lounge has a further dining table and chairs, feature fireplace and satellite TV. Doors lead to the outside terraces and garden. On the ground floor there is also a shower room and wc. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with ensuites. The master bedroom has double bed, Juliet balcony to the front of the property and doors to a private terrace, principally facing east but with a sea view to the south. The ensuite shower room is totally refurbished and has his & hers washbasins and walk in shower cubicle. Bedrooms two and three have twin beds and patio doors leading to a large upper terrace which faces south and overlooks the garden, pool and on to the sea beyond. The ensuite shower rooms are again totally refurbished and have walk in shower cubicles. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans for the summer and radiators for the winter months.
Outside from the lounge there is a large south facing covered terrace with dining table and chairs. Steps lead down to the lawned garden and pool which is a good size and surrounded by sunbeds. Beyond the pool is a purpose built BBQ area. The villa is detached and has a private gated driveway, although a car is not necessary as the villa is located around 5 minutes walk from Burriana beach and 10 minutes walk into the town of Nerja.
