From the terrace are direct views over communal garden and pool and on to the sea beyond.
The Verde Mar building is well maintained and served by secure entryphone system and a lift. There are beautiful gardens and a good size pool for exclusive use of guests at Verde Mar. It is superbly situated straight across the road from Carabeillo beach and just a short level walk from the old town and the Balcσn de Europa.
