The property is situated in a quiet residential cul de sac to the east of Nerja town, approximately 10 minutes walk to Burriana beach. It is has secure entrance gate and steps leading down to several terraces and the property. Patio doors lead to the lounge with sofas, cable TV, dining table and chairs. American kitchen, fully fitted for self catering holidays including fridge freezer and washing machine. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and patio doors to the terraces, the second with twin beds. Complete bathroom fully tiled and with shower over the bath.
Outside the property has dining table and chairs and BBQ. Numerous terraces around the good size private pool and sun loungers. From the terraces there are spectacular views of the mountains.
