Villa Cristina is a substantial single storey villa in a town centre location near to the Parador Hotel. Close to the villa are shops, bars and restaurants, whilst the Balcón de Europa and Burriana beach are both a short walk away. The good sized grounds incorporate terraces to all sides of the property, private gated parking for several vehicles, lawned gardens and private pool. The second and third bedrooms have doors leading to the rear courtyard. There is a principal bathroom with his & hers wash basins, bidet, wc and shower over the bath. The spacious kitchen incorporates dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave, door leading to the BBQ terrace. Double doors lead to a formal dining area which has further double doors to a side courtyard. Two steps lead to the lounge which is double aspect and has large fireplace and comfy sofas, there is UK satellite TV. Outside, crossing the rear courtyard leads you to the annexe which comprises two further bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds and both with air conditioning. There is a good size shower room with direct access from either bedroom. There is also a laundry room with washing machine directly accessed from the courtyard.
