This lovely, spacious villa is situated in a quiet residential cul de sac to the east of Nerja town, above Burriana beach.
Burriana beach is easily the most popular beach in Nerja and particularly so with families for the numerous sports and recreational facilities, play areas and family orientated restaurants directly on the beach.

Villa Ricardo is screened from the road by high walls and secure entrance gate. From here, a few steps lead to the grand entrance doors of the imposing villa.

At entry level there is a hallway leading to a spacious lounge/dining room, fully furnished and equipped for a family with dining table and chairs, leather suite, cable TV etc.. Doors lead from the lounge to a large terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs and giving lovely views to the east over the sea and mountains.

From the hall there is access to the kitchen, fully equipped for self catering rental holidays including oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The hall also leads to a secondary hall with 2 bedrooms, both with twin beds and a complete bathroom with bath, shower over, wash hand basin, wc and bidet.

From the hall a sweeping, marble circular staircase takes you to the principal accommodation on the first floor. There is a simply huge lounge with grand fireplace, chandeliers, leather suite, cable TV. Patio doors lead from the lounge to an east facing terrace with lovely sea and mountain views. Fom the lounge two steps lead to the formal dining area with chandeliers, family dining table and chairs, juliet balcony. From here a hallway takes you to two further bedrooms and bathroom. One bedroom has double bed and the other with twin beds. The bathroom is again complete with bath, shower, wash hand basin, wc and bidet.
A further hallway leads to the principal bedroom and bathroom suite with patio doors leading to a further terrace with views over the gardens and pool.

Outside there are two garden areas, to the rear is one of lawn and to the front one with plants, trees and a BBQ area.

To the front of the villa a large sun terrace area with sunbeds, dining table and chairs. A retractable sun blind over this area enables any degree of sun or shade. A kidney shaped pool completes the picture for a perfect holiday villa.
