La Hacienda is a traditionally built quiet and private development situated just 5 minutes walk from Burriana beach, the old town and the Balcσn de Europa. It has secure entryphone system and lovely communal gardens and pool directly outside number 22.
On the ground floor the house has a well equipped and modern kitchen, wc, large light and airy lounge with sofas, dining table and chairs and satellite TV. Patio doors leading to good size terrace with dining table and chairs, BBQ and superb views of Burriana beach and the mountains.
From the lounge a spiral staircase leads to 3 bedrooms, the master having an en suite shower room and a further terrace, again with outstanding views of the beach and mountains. Two further bedrooms, each with twin beds and patio doors to juliet balconies looking directly over the communal gardens and pool. There is also a complete bathroom with shower over the bath.
