Delightful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom town house in the highly popular Nueva Nerja area close to the town and Burriana beach.
Nueva Nerja is a traditional Andalucian style development of town houses in a quiet but highly convenient location, just a short walk to the old town of Nerja, the Balcσn de Europa and Burriana beach. Nueva Nerja is pedestrianised with lovely cobbled pathways between the houses and number 70 is situated right by the communal pool.
The house sleeps four people in two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed while the other has two singles and a balcony overlooking the pool. An extra bed can be provided if required. Upstairs there is a good sized full bathroom with shower and on the ground floor a shower room with toilet.
Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen with all the amenities that you would expect including washing machine while the lounge / dining area has two settees with dining table and chairs and satellite TV.
Outside to the front and overlooking the pool are a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining.
