This lovely, self catering apartment is situated in a small, private, tucked away urbanisation on the favoured east side of Nerja, yet is just a few minutes walk away from several local bars and restaurants, the new indoor swimming pool and sports arena and a very good supermarket. The town of Nerja and its most popular beach Burriana are around a 15/20 minute walk.
The holiday rental apartment is modern and beautifully presented and facilities include Freeview Digital Satellite 22in flatscreen television with integrated DVD player together with radio, cassette and CD player. Bed linen and towels are provided - except beach towels which are available for hire, the apartment also has a digital safe. Ceiling fans are fitted throughout which keep the apartment wonderfully cool in summer; however a portable air-conditioning unit is available to hire if required.
The apartment lounge and dining area opens to a south facing, part covered terrace which gets the sun all day and enjoys spectacular views to the sea and across the town of Nerja. The terrace has two sun loungers plus table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. Two sunbeds are also provided for use on the terrace. The bedroom has twin beds pushed together which can be made up as two singles or one super king size as requested and fitted wardrobe. The bedroom is to the rear of the apartment to keep it extra cool in summer. Between the lounge and the bedroom, in an inner lobby the apartment has bunk beds and a small wardrobe.
The apartment also benefits from a modern kitchen, fully fitted for self catering with oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The bathroom is fully fitted including a shower.
Apartment Naricha has a huge, newly refurbished communal pool plus toddler pool and gardens with sunbeds and parasols. There is also plenty of parking for those choosing to hire a car.
