This beautiful, self catering apartment is situated in a quiet, private, tucked away urbanisation on the favoured east side of Nerja, yet is just a few minutes walk away from several local bars and restaurants, the new indoor swimming pool and sports arena and a very good supermarket. The town of Nerja and it’s most popular beach Burriana are both in walking distance.
The holiday rental apartment has been totally refurbished in 2011 to offer stylish and modern living. Facilities include include UK Freeview Digital Satellite 22in flatscreen television with integrated DVD player and music system with radio, CD player and multi-media USB port. WiFi is also available (pay as you go). Bed linen and towels are provided - except beach towels which are available for hire, the apartment also has a digital safe. Ceiling fans are fitted throughout which keep the apartment wonderfully cool in summer; the bedroom is particularly cool being to the rear of the apartment, however a portable air-conditioning unit is available to hire if required.
The apartment lounge and dining area has full width sliding patio doors, opening to a south facing, part covered terrace which gets the sun all day and enjoys spectacular views to the sea and across the town of Nerja. The terrace has two sun loungers plus table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. The bedroom has twin beds pushed together which can be made up as two singles or one super king size if requested.
The apartment has a modern kitchen, fully fitted for self catering with oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. There is a good size shower room with large shower cubicle with hydro-jet massage shower.
Apartment Naricha has a huge, newly refurbished communal pool plus toddler pool and beautiful gardens with sunbeds and parasols. There is also plenty of parking for those choosing to hire a car.
