The living room is traditionally furnished and has a dining area. Satellite TV and DVD is available.

The private terrace at the rear is ideal for dining, as the property is set in a lovely, traditional Spanish complex. There is also a roof terrace with mountain views which is ideal for sunbathing.

The complex boasts a wonderful pool with a safe children's area and a lifeguard in the summer season.
Quality towels and linen are supplied. You only need beach towels. Linen is changed weekly. An additional service is available by arrangement.

The property is on 2 levels, and is suitable for families with children of any age. A cot is available upon request.

A 5-10 minute walk takes you to the famous Burriana Beach, where you will find a supermarket, souvenir shops, ice cream parlours, bars and restaurants. If you walk into the town (5 minutes) you have a choice of over 250 bars and restaurants. Therefore, a car is not essential.
