Casa Boran is a traditional Spanish town house beautifully presented and offers the opportunity to holiday in true Spanish style, in both the property and the quaint narrow street in the heart of the old quarter where the house is situated. Strolling through the old town will take you to the numerous andalucian restaurants and tapas bars that Nerja has to offer, whilst the Balcσn de Europa and Calahonda beach are just a few minutes walk away as is the Mercadona supermarket.
The property offers 3 bedrooms, the master has double bed and ensuite shower room and has independent access from one of the terraces. In the main house are two further bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds pushed together. Fully tiled family bathroom with bath and shower over. Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, fridge freezer and full cooking facilities. Lounge with seating for both relaxing and dining. Outside are 2 terraces and a beautiful lantern lit patio with plants, seating for dining and for soaking up the sun. In common with the most traditional of Spanish properties the house has been built and designed to keep cool right through the summer and for the winter months there are electric heaters.
