Description
Capistrano playa is an award winning, peaceful location, set in the hillside overlooking Burriana Beach. It is beautifully designed with illuminated gardens, walkways and its own ornamental lake and waterfall. This site provides an adult and children's pool, reception, bar and restaurant.

The privately owned, spacious double and twin bedroom apartment is well equipped, with french doors from the twin bedroom and lounge leading onto the terrace, which has a view of the lake, sea and beach .The lounge also has a Juliet balcony which overlooks the picturesque Plaza.

There are 2 Bathrooms. One with bath, one with shower.

There is a separate utility room, with large sink, washing machine, and microwave
also all the cleaning materials are kept in there which keeps the apartment much
tidier.

A five minutes walk takes you down to the beach through the complex gardens. Capistrano Playa is a pleasant 15 minute walk to the old town of Nerja and there is a regular bus service into the town which stops at the complex reception.

Please note that due to the hillside location Capistrano Playa is not suitable for those with restricted mobility

Extra linen and towels will be provided on your arrival for 2 week stay or more
Cots and Highchairs are available at £15 each per week

40% deposit is required at booking stage, Balance 6 weeks before departure, or full payment if within 6 weeks of departure.

£100.00 security deposit is required at balance stage, for breakages or lost keys, and this is refunded within 2 weeks of your return
