Casa Sonrisa is a comfortable 4 bedroomed villa with private pool in a quiet residential area on the favoured east side of Nerja. The villa forms part of a complex with just two other properties, each have their own private pools and independent entrances but all are available for holiday rentals should you be travelling in a group. From the villa it is less than 10 minutes walk to Burriana beach and around 15 minutes to the town centre. There is a large supermarket nearby.
The development has secure entryphone system and a short flight of stairs leads you to Casa Sonrisa. The kidney shaped pool is very large at 8x6m and has sunbeds around the pool and a covered BBQ area with dining table and chairs. All of this area is well screened with a good level of privacy. Inside Casa Sonrisa benefits from a central heating/air conditioning system as well as double glazing and security/black-out blinds. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. The master has an en suite shower room and a private terrace. There is a further shower room and a tub for baby bathing. There is also a cot if required. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob. The villa also has a washing machine. The lounge diner is furnished with a large dining table and chairs, sofas, satellite TV giving freeview UK channels, CD & DVD players.
