Entrance is via a security iron gate with entryphone system, then a few steps to a secondary gate leading to the front door and large terrace with pool 5 x 3.5 m, a lovely palm tree gives you shade, table and chairs, sunbeds and bbq for al-fresco dining. The front door leads to good size living and dining area with open-plan kitchen, fully equipped for self catering holidays including oven, hob, microwave, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc... living area table , chairs and sofas, satellite TV., CD player and DVD player.
A staircase takes you down to the two bedrooms, both with twin beds and a fully tiled shower room. Ideal for a couple with small children .
Casa Tess benefits from Air-conditioning in the summer and central heating for winter. Double glazed throughout and security locked.
