Casa Tess is a comfortable 2 bedroomed casita with private pool in a quiet residential area on the favoured east side of Nerja. The villa forms part of a complex with just two other properties, each have their own private pools and independent entrances but all are available for holiday rentals should you be travelling in a group. From the villa it is less than 10 minutes walk to Burriana beach and around 15 minutes to the town centre. There is a large supermarket nearby.
The development has secure entryphone system and a short flight of stairs leads you to Casa Tess. There is a large terrace area with private pool at 5x3.5m and there are sunbeds and BBQ area with dining table and chairs. All of this area is well screened from the neighbouring properties. Inside Casa Tess benefits from a central heating/air conditioning system as well as double glazing and security/black-out blinds.
The front door leads to good size living and dining area with open-plan kitchen, fully equipped for self catering holidays including oven, hob, microwave, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc... living area table , chairs and sofas, satellite TV., CD player and DVD player.
A staircase takes you down to the two bedrooms, both with twin beds and a fully tiled shower room. Ideal for a couple with small children.
