This luxury three bedroom villa with private pool located in the elevated development of Ladera del Mar 1, just west of Nerja, has outstanding views over the sea and coast. Furnished to a high standard, this villa is built over threelevels with the living accomodation on the entrance level and all bedrooms on the lower level. Surrounded by established trees the various terraces offer sun or shade depending on what you are looking for throughout the day. The sunsets are simply stunning to watch from here. This lovely property is in a great location with beautiful views over looking the sea. The accommodation boasts a very unique outside with some lovely features.
You enter the outside from the lounge, where you are overlooking the private pool. The path which leads you down to the pool continues on through the garden and leads you to a hidden terrace area. If you fancy some peace and quiet with a nice glass of wine, viewing a beautiful sunset, this would be the perfect place. From here the path also heads down hill and winds its way around the garden leading you to a further two patio areas, you are left spoilt for choice of where to sit and relax at this property.
Inside you have a spacious lounge area with comfortable seating and views looking out right to the sea, and entertainment for those weary evenings after spending all day in the sun. Just off the lounge you have your fully equipped kitchen. Another beautiful feature to this property is just off the kitchen and lounge. A room surrounded by big glass windows giving you the most spectacular views all the way around. This room has a lovely wooden dining table so the views you have whilst eating are truly stunning.
This property has three floors. On the upper floor as you enter the building you have the rooms listed above. In the hall you have two flights of stairs, one leading up and the other leading down. The stairs going up take you to the master bedroom. This a beautiful looking bedroom which also has access to a big outside terrace through some glass sliding doors. There is also a door leading to the bathroom. If you take the stairs going down from the hall it leads you to the lower level of the property where there are the other two bedrooms. One of these has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is also a bathroom on the lower level.
