With three large private terraces, a perfect place for sun bathing and al fresco living. High speed internet and AC is included in the rental price.

This charming villa is located at the edge of the development with parking outside the property. The communal pools, small supermarket and restaurants are less than a 5 min walk away. There is also a bus stop for the town bus close to the property, which means a car is not necessary. The property is built over two  levels , with three large terraces, one of which is a private beautiful court yard with sun most of the day. the third bedroom and second bathroom is accessed via the private court yard.  A private roof terrace with sun loungers the ideal place to lie in the sun and enjoy the far reaching views to Nerja, the sea and the mountains.
