A luxury 1 bedroom apartment a couple of minutes walk from Torrecilla Beach in the town centre of Nerja. Located on the first floor with lift, this property is also suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. A completely newly renovated apartment overlooking the communal pool from a west facing balcony with sea views. Bars, shops and restaurants are all close by. A great location. No car required. Situated in a quite small private road, this apartment is in the heart of Nerja, yet in a very quiet location. The balcony and bedroom overlook the shared garden. Street parking is availabe, but a car is really not required when staying in the lovely property. Newly refurbished on the second floor the property is light, bright , furnished and equipped to a high standard. Twin beds in the bedroom which can also be pushed together to make it a king size bed, a luxury bathroom, moden beautiful open plan kitchen and spacious lounge with 'fold away' doors, which integrate the out and inside beautifully.

Outside:
Private balcony with table and chairs, with view to the shared pool and gardens.

L-shape sofa with white modern coffee tables, side board with flat screen TV ( Spanish channels) and DVD player, free standing lamp, fold away doors with access to the balcony. The kitchen which is luxury and fully equipped with a fanastic large breakfast bar and bar stools, comprising large fridge / freezer, built in mircrowave, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, extractor fan, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. Air conditioning unit.
