Situated on the front line with unbeatable panoramic views of the Mediterrenean, this three bedroom apartment is a real gem.
It is located in the very sought after Carabeo area in the heart of Nerja and within easy walking distance of all amenities; the nearest beach is only a stone´s throw away, yet you also have the added benefit of a communal pool with beautiful landscaped gardens. The apartment sleeps up to six people with one double bedroom and two twin rooms and boasts subtle and neutral décor, making good use of colours such as brown, beige and white with a marble floor running through the property.
Upon entering, the property you are welcomed by a large open planned living space including the kitchen, dining room and living room which overlooks the balcony and sea views. The kitchen offers a breakfast bar whilst the dining room offers a wooden dining table large enough to accommodate up to 6 people.
The south facing balcony is accessed via a set of sliding doors from the living room and boasts the most glorious, uninterrupted sea view. On the balcony you will find an outdoor dining table with four matching chairs, as well as two foldable additional chairs. There is also an exterior light to ensure your al fresco evenings are always well lit.
Living room/dining room
The living room comprises of two comfortable double sofas, with a central coffee table and two additional easy chairs. A side board is located against the wall and there are a number of beautiful Moroccan themed floor lanters for decorative pruposes. You will also find a glass cabinet, which houses a variety of books for your use during your stay. The double sliding doors filter through plenty of natural sun light and boast unbeatable sea views. The dining area is located between the living room and the kitchen and offers a good sized wooden dining table with 6 matching chairs.
The kitchen is well laid out, with ample, marble work space. It is fully fitted with a sink and draining board, a gas hob, electric oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and radio.
The first bedroom is a twin bedroom with two good sized single beds with their respective bed side tables and lights. A chest of drawers can also be found on either side of the room as well as a good sized built in wardrobe. The window in the bedrooms ensures the room is very light allows fresh air into the room, and a ceiling light and fan ensure that the room is kept cool during the summer months too.
The second bedroom is also a twin bedroom with two comfortable single beds, bedside tables and lights. Although this is the smallest of the three rooms, it nonetheless has a somewhat spacious feel to it as a result of the good use of the mirrored sliding doors on the built in wardrobe. Aside from the built in wardrobe the room also boasts a good sized chest of draws. A ceiling light and ceiling fan can also be found in this room, the latter of which is great for the summer months.
The last bedroom is the master bedroom comprising of a double bed. The room has sliding doors onto a Juliet balcony with both shutters and curtains for your privacy. There are two bed side tables with bed side lights and a built in cupboard for your use. As per the previous two rooms, this room also has the ceiling light and fan.
The bathroom comprises of a wash basin, a WC, a large mirror, shelf space, a towel rail and a bath with a glass shower door and an overhead shower.
