A modern, unusually spacious one bedroom apartment located in the heart of Nerja, only a stones throw away from the nearest beach. This property is east-facing and boasts outstanding, uninterrupted sea views and an ideal, ´L´ shaped balcony which runs along the side of the property, ensuring both morning and afternoon sun. In addition to this, the property also has direct views down to the communal pool and beautifully lawned shared gardens. Being in the heart of the white washed town of Nerja ensures all amenities are no more than a 5 minute walk away, if that. The famous Balcon de Europa lays just 5 minutes west of the property and can be reached via the picturesque “Calle Carabeo” road. Furthermore, Burriana Beach, Nerja´s biggest and most popular beach is in sight of the apartment and is, again, no more than a 5 minute walk from Rocamar Apartment. This one bedroom apartment comprises of an open plan living/dining area, a kitchen, an unusually large bedroom and a bathroom. This contemporary east-facing apartment is located on the top (fourth) floor of the Rocamar Apartment block and as such, boasts the most beautiful sea views which, if you´re lucky, on a clear day even stretch as far as to see North Africa! The apartment is bright and airy as a result of the direct sunlight it receives throughout the day and the spacious layout. The living, dining area is a lovely and comfortable open plan space, and lies parallel to the separate, very well equipped kitchen which offers a sliding window to the living/dining area which serves to filter through additional lighting. The bedroom is exceptionally spacious and tremendously light due to the sliding doors which offer direct access to the balcony. The shower room is also well equipped, white and bright. A fantastic feature of this apartment is the L shaped balcony that runs both the length and width of the apartment ensuring you receive both beautiful early morning sun which lasts until midday, as well as late afternoon sun which ensures plenty of beautiful sunsets.

The general décor of the apartment is light and neutral which only adds to the spacious, airy feel of the property as a whole. This apartment is ideal for those who wish to spend their time in the heart of Nerja, with a choice of close by beaches, bars, restaurants as well as access to a shared pool and beautiful gardens. The air condition unit is placed in the hallway.

Outside
Aside from the communal pool and gardens, the property has its on private L shaped terrace which can be accessed by both the living/dining room as well as the bedroom. On the balcony you will find a table and four chairs, perfect for summer nights, al-fresco dining, as well as two garden chairs to enjoy outside the bedroom. The property also provides an external clothes airer which is located outside the kitchen.

Lounge/dining room
As with most properties, the spacious open plan living/ dining area is the hub of this apartment. The living area is very comfortably furnished, ensuring you feel perfectly at home during your stay. A large two seater sofa is located against the right hand wall, next to which lies a dark brown leather easy chair. A rectangular coffee table is positioned in front of the sofa which is adjacent to the sliding glass balcony doors and opposite the flat screen TV  (channels listed below) . The octagon shaped table is on the other side of the large open space and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with the six matching dining chairs. Radiator.

Kitchen
In keeping with the rest of the property, the kitchen is very light, as a result of the light floor tiles and light kitchen units. With ample worktop space, the kitchen is very well equipped and includes a coffee machine, an electric hob, an electric oven, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a pull-out, electric extractor fan, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board

Bedroom
The bedroom is unusually large, which is somewhat uncommon in rental properties. With large sliding glass doors the room is almost always lit up by the natural sun light that filters though, however with the heavy dark curtains you will have no problem keeping the light out if you´re partial to the typical Spanish siesta. The room comprises of twin beds (1.90x0.90) that are made up as a kingsize bed. (Please inform the office at least 48 hours prior to arrival if you would like the beds made up as a twin), large built in cupboards, and a good sized, double, chest of drawers. The décor is light, neutral and understated, creating the perfect relaxed ambience. Radiator.

Bathroom
The bathroom comprises of a good sized shower with frosted shower doors, a WC, electric heated towel rail, a hair-dryer, a modern ceramic sink with built in under-sink units, as well as a large mirror and side cabinets and is also home to the property´s washing machine.
