This is an immaculate and bright one bedroom apartment with a very large south facing terrace in Capistrano Village, one of Nerja´s most popular urbanisations. Capistrano is a beautiful urbanisation with mature landscaped gardens, great facilities and amenities and is within easy reach of the town and beach by car, walking or by the frequent bus service. There are a number of restaurants and a supermarket within the urbanization and the town centre of Nerja and Burriana beach are 5 minutes drive. The apartment is on the top floor. It faces south with sea views and includes a large open plan living area with a fitted kitchen area and French doors leading to a large south facing terrace.

There is a refurbished shower room and a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. The terrace faces south, has great sea and mountain views and is very private. There is easy access to both of the excellent communal pools and amenities of Capistrano and also two local shopping centres within easy walking distance, tennis courts and nearby cafe bars and restaurants.
