An outstanding tastefully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom country villa in the hills behind Frigiliana, with a private pool, only 15 minutes drive to the beaches and Nerja, with breathtaking views to the sea, overlooking fruit trees and the beautiful Andalucian countyside. A completely private hide away, with all the luxuries, yet within easy reach of bars & restaurants. Air conditioning and Internet / WIFI incl. in the rental price. Car recommended.

Located on the Frigiliana / Torrox road, this villa has excellent access, with the nearest restaurant only 200 meters away. Approached through private gates the property is completely fenced in to the south, with a wall running along the north part. A short driveway leads to this lovely Spanish country house.

Down via a few steps, you enter via a wooden door on to a very large south facing terrace overlooking the valley and the see.

This stunning country house is furnished to the highest standard. Comprising a spacious lounge with an arch leading to a new (2016) fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, leading from the lounge through another arch you have a light dining area, from there you enter the TV room.

The two bedrooms in the house is north facing, ensuring lower temperatures during the hot summer months. Both bedrooms have a king size bed and its own large en-suite bathroom. They both have ceiling fans and own air conditioning.

Separate to the main accommodation, with steps leading down the side of the main house, is a larges bedroom with king size bed and an own en-suite bathroom, beautifully tiled. The bedroom has air conditioning. The beauty of this living accommodation has a private terrace with spectacular view.

Outside:
Private 8x4 metre pool with terrace and garden, various tables and chairs, gas and charcoal BBQ, terrace room by the pool, outside shower, 6 sun loungers, outside sofas and low coffee table under Moroccan “tent”.

Living Room / Dining Room:
Beautiful big wooden dining table with 6 upholstered chairs. 2 extra armchairs. Lounge:
Four big comfortable arm chairs. Three side tables. Writing desk with chair. Open fireplace with an insert. Radio with Bluetooth. Air conditioning.

Kitchen:
New kitchen installed 2016 with all possible equipment as dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, washing mashing, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, juicer, mixer, iron board, iron. The kitchen has lots of working space of beautiful sillier stone.

Bedroom 1:
King size bed, dresser, bedside tables with lights, large wardrobe, large wall hanged mirror, armchair and table, ceiling fan and air conditioning, doors to private terrace with fantastic view of the valley and to the see. From the terrace there are stairs leading to the pool area.

Bathroom 1 en-suite:
Large walk in shower, double sink, WC, large mirror and hairdryer. Beautifully tiled.

Bedroom 2:
Double bed, bedside tables with light, large wardrobe, drawer, mirror, ceiling fan and air conditioning.

Bathroom 2 en-suite:
Large sink and mirror, corner shower, WC and hairdryer. Beautifully tiled.

Bedroom 3:
With separate access (35m2). King size bed, bedside tables with lights, wardrobe, armchair, small dining table with two upholstered armchairs, drawer and mosquito net door. Air conditioning.

Bathroom 3 en-suite:
Large sink and mirror, hairdryer, cabinet, chair, large wall hanged mirror, corner shower and dresser. Beautifully tiled.

TV channels: Swedish, German, English, American, Spanish etc.

  • It was very good to meet you whilst we were staying at La Palmera during the last two weeks. It was a lovely villa and truly lived up to what we hoped for but did not really expect. It was every bit as good as the photos you sent us, and even better. Such a homely place to stay, comfortable, safe with excellent facilities and spectacular views, and a herd of goats going past twice in the evenings. We had the laziest holiday ever - just by the pool, the beach, at the supermarket for provisions and lovely food and drink at the villa, in town or on the beach. We do still love the area even after 27 years of visiting and despite the development which in the main has been done very well. Kindest regards,
