The property is approached via some external steps ( approx. 45) from the quiet cul-de-sac ( with easy road parking). Two terraces, one of which is covered to provide shadow, with table and chairs. The main access is via the lounge terrace door, into an open plan lounge with kitchen. A small hallway leads to two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The communal pool is a couple of minutes walk away. Bar, restaurants and the town hall bus-stop are also very close by.
