A short coastal walk from the cove leads you to Playa Burriana which is considered by many as the jewel in the crown of beaches on the Costa del Sol. The beach itself is about 800 metres long and, on average, about 40 metres wide.
At the back of the beach is the promenade, the Paseo Marítimo Antonio Mercero, lined on the one side by palm trees and on the other by the Spanish beach restaurants and café bars.
There are a wide range of water activities available for the more energetic.
A five minute level walk from your doorstep takes you to the Balcón de Europa in the centre of the old town which offers stunning, panoramic sea views and the hospitality of many restaurants and café bars. Its name is popularly believed to have been coined by King Alfonso XII, who visited the area in 1885 and was captivated by the scene. Local folklore says that he stood upon the site where the Balcón now stands, and said 'This is the balcony of Europe'.
Alternatively, a relaxing day lounging by the pool followed by an evening on the private terrace watching the sun set over the “Med”, sipping Pina Coladas may be more to your liking.

The master bedroom with a large double bed has patio doors leading out onto the sun terrace where a morning coffee is always welcome.

The residence is situated on the edge of town and sits amidst a large, well-kept communal garden area with a private swimming pool.
Access to the building is by key which leads into the foyer where the lift and staircase are situated.
The third floor apartment is only accessible by individual key.
The building has a communal pool and gardens (open from 01/05 - 31/10), secure entryphone access and a lift. There is also communal wifi which is free of charge..
Communal pool is closed November to April inclusive.
