Each house has parking for one vehicle within the grounds. To one side of the entrance hall is a twin bedroom and separate shower room with toilet and wash basin and to the other side one enters into the open plan living room/diner and kitchen area. Kitchens are of modern design with full equipment of hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer etc.
From the lounge/diner area are sliding patio doors leading onto a covered terrace equipped with patio furniture for dining and relaxing fresco¨ ¨al. From here further terraces surround the private pool (4 x 4. 2 metres and 1. 4 - 1. 6 m depth) where there are lounge chairs for soaking up the sun.
Stairs lead up from the entrance hall to the 1st floor where there is a further twin bedroom with separate shower room and the master bedroom with double bed and in-suite shower room.
From the master bedroom patio doors open onto a terrace which overlooks the pool area and there is a spiral staircase which leads up to a roof terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and over the town.
