Cielo de Nerja is a delightful semi-detached townhouse in an enviable position close to the Parador Hotel in Nerja and ideally situated for central Nerja, beaches and all facilities.
Built over 2 floors the house has an integral garage to the rear and 2 large terraces with a lovely private plunge pool of 3 x 3. 5 metres on the first floor terrace.
Entering through the main street entrance there are 5 steps onto the pool terrace with space for sunbathing and partly covered to offer shade when dining. The front door and double patio doors open into an open plan air conditioned dining, lounge and kichen with seating areas, TV (Satellite channels), DVD player, coffee tables etc. The modern kitchen is completely equipped with granite work tops, dishwasher, extractor fan, ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster etc.
A door at the rear of the living area leads to the garage, to the side of which, is a modern shower room and small double bedroom. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are 3 light and airy bedrooms, all with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
To the front of the house is the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room where there is also the washing machine. Patio doors lead from here onto a large terrace with views of the town and where there is plenty of space for pool and soaking up the sun.
