The house has access from the road with parking for one vehicle within the grounds. On the first floor is a twin bedroom and separate shower room and to the other side one enters into the open plan living room/diner and kitchen area. Kitchens are of modern design with full equipment of hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer, stone work tops etc.

From the lounge/diner area are sliding patio doors leading onto a covered terrace equipped with patio furniture for dining and relaxing and further terraces surround the private pool (4 x 4. 1 metres and 1. 4 - 1. 6 m depth) where there are also sun loungers.

Stairs lead up from the entrance hall to the 1st floor where there is a further twin bedroom with separate shower room and the master bedroom with double bed and in-suite shower room.

The master bedroom has patio doors onto a terrace which overlooks the pool area and have views of the town. On this terrace is a spiral staircase leading up to a roof terrace from which there are wonderful views of the town and surrounding areas.
