Spacious air conditioned apartment with sea views, communal pool and gardens situated 5 minutes walk from Burriana beach.

This spacious, modern, air conditioned apartment is situated in the popular Valparaiso development with communal pool and gardens; located in a quiet residential street just 5 minutes walk from Burriana beach. The beach is well served with shops, bars and restaurants, sports activities and volleyball pitches. There are several children’s play areas set in the sand close by to family orientated restaurants. From here the town centre of Nerja is a short walk either along the beach itself or along the well lit and well used pedestrian zig-zag path. Valparaiso is a secure development with entry phone system and is served by a lift. This holiday rental apartment is second (top) floor and thus enjoys lovely 180º views of the sea, mountains and surrounding area.
The apartment comprises entrance hall leading to a fully equipped kitchen, including oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and all utensils needed in self catering accommodation. The lounge has two large sofas, 28in flatscreen limited english satellite TV, Free WiFi, music system and dining table and chairs for 4. Sliding patio doors lead to the large terrace with sunbeds, table and chairs for al fresco dining and a sunblind for partial cover if required.
The master bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobes, electronic security safe and further patio doors leading to the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be pushed together and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is modern and fully tiled, comprising bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin.
The apartment also benefits from secure, allocated underground parking although due to the quietness and convenience of the Valparaiso location neither a car or the allocated parking are really necessary.

There is access to free of charge wifi in the owners communal lounge.

  • This is a very nice, clean and well appointed apartment . It has all the usual facilities and a superb terrace with wonderful views. It is in a quiet part of Nerja and is within easy walking distance of Burriana Beach. We have stayed here twice and would not hesitate to stay again.

  • Having visited Nerja on many occasions, we decided to stay at Sands, near to Burriana beach, to get the best of both worlds - near to the lovely beach and within 5 minutes of Nerja centre. We were delighted with the apartment which is bigger than it looks on the website photos, and particularly the large sun terrace which was unexpected, and provided super views of the Spanish villas with their beautiful Bouganvillea, and of the sea. We felt that the apartment was a home from home as it has been modernised and furnished to a high standard, particularly in the kitchen. The pool was great for our children, and in quiet surroundings. We'd definitely go back.
