This fantasic townhouse is accessed via Calle Carabeo, a pretty cobbled pedestrian street, less than 200 metres from the Balcon de Europa and less than a minutes walk down to the beach below the property. On entering you find yourself in a spacious room, also used as a study and library with a large choice of books and DVDs, divided by a beautiful wooden wide staircase, you find the large fully equipped modern kitchen with centre island and dining room. From there doors lead you to the southfacing private partly covered terrace with direct sea views. Ideal to enjoy your first morning tea or coffee. For convenience you also have a shower room on this level.
Leading down the wide stairs you enter the cosy TV lounge, which also accommodates a bed. Going upstairs you find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom, with its en-suite bathroom, also has the benefit of a lovely small balcony, again with stunning views to the beach below and the sea. A further set of stairs lead you to the top floor, to arguably the best terrace in town. One part of the terrace faces north, with comfortable lounge outside furniture and a covered pergola, ideal to enjoy that afternoon/evening drink in the sun, or part shade during the hottest part of the day. The other half of the top terrace faces south, and accommodates a jacuzzi, from which you can enjoy the sea view and up a couple of steps the last good terrace with table and chairs.
