This comfortable newly furnished south facing apartment is in Las Fuentes which is a very sought after development as there is a large communal pool surrounded by well-maintained and beautiful gardens including water features. The incredible sea views are visible as you enter the grounds via a secure gate. The building has easy access with a ramp and a lift.

The property is situated on the 2nd floor of the building. When entering through the front door you walk into a spacious, bright and airy lounge/dining room and open plan kitchen. The lounge has a modern warm feel to it with a marble floor running throughout the property. The unique feature of this apartment is the spectacular view from the lounge which is enhanced by opening the balcony door. if you fancy a break from eating out there is a fully equipped kitchen providing you with everything you need. You have the option of eating on the inside dining table or outside on the balcony.
