Pete & Kathy Hayden first came to Nerja in 1998 on an exploratory mission of the Costa del Sol with a mind to purchase properties and offer them for holiday rental. Travelling up and down the coast they soon came to the conclusion that Nerja had everything they were looking for.
Over the following years they built up a personal property portfolio and successfully offered them for holiday rental. As time passed it was clear that they could not possibly satisfy the volume of enquiries and a decision was made to approach other property owners who would pay them a small commission if they provided them with bookings.

Much of their pastime is spent in the mountains especially the Sierra Almijara which is Nerja´s backdrop and offers stunning scenery, world class mountain walks and fell runs. With El Cielo Nerja´s closest mountain soaring to 1518 meters, 200 meters higher than Ben Nevis and Navachica almost 500 meters higher still, the attraction was inevitable. If you are interested in fell running routes or mountain walks at all levels from short walks to extreme, Pete & Kathy would be only to pleased to offer advice - more likely tag along!
Today their property portfolio has grown from an initial 8 to over 800 and they are well respected in the holiday rental industry in Nerja dealing with many property owners and managing agents.
In 2005 Pete & Kathy moved to Nerja which enabled them to also offer a personalised management service. With an in depth knowledge of Nerja and many contacts, they pride themselves on their service and look forward to helping you select your next holiday.
