Nerja we believe in providing clients with value for money
and for this reason we will not permit our commission to be
added on to existing prices. Prices must match those of an
owners website. Unlike many of our competitors there are no
other charges involved. So we set up your details, you can
change them as many times as you like all for FREE.

simply - If we don't get you bookings we don't earn.
Our fees are
the same for private owners and rental management companies
making our service unbiased - we are holidaymakers ourselves
at times so why should we have to pay more.
There are
numerous companies offering rental apartments and villas in
Nerja and many of them add excessive commission onto owners
