Villa rental Nerja - Situated in the Capistrano Playa area of Nerja, above the famous Burriana Beach, this beautiful and recently built 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home commands spectacular sea views. Access to Burriana beach with its array of bars and restaurants is only a 10 minute walk away, Nerja town centre approximately 30 mins walk, 5 minutes by car.

The property is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs leads up to the top floor where there is a cloakroom/toilet, salon/dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The salon is equipped with Sat TV, DVD Player and CD player and there are patio doors leading on to a large terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views.
