Casa de la Colina is a substantial air conditioned detached family villa with private pool on the eastern side of Nerja in a quiet residential area just above Burriana beach. The villa is well screened from the road and has a separate driveway for parking although a car is not at all necessary in this location.
The front door leads directly into the spacious open plan, double aspect living area which comprises a comfortable lounge area with fireplace, ceiling fan, UK limited english satellite TV and hi-fi system. Dining area to seat 6, with ceiling fan and from which doors lead to two separate terraces. Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer. The villa has a washing machine in a separate utility room. Also on this level is a twin bedroom and shower room with shower cubicle, wc, bidet and washbasin. From the lounge area a spiral staircase leads you down to two further bedrooms, the master is extremely large and has double bed, ceiling fan and doors to the lower terrace. The second bedroom on this level has twin beds pushed together and doors to the lower terrace. The lower bathroom is a very good size and includes his & hers wash basins, wc and a sunken circular bath with shower over.
Outside the villa is surrounded by its own garden on all sides and directly overlooks countryside. From the lounge there are two very large terraces, the first faces east and overlooks the private pool and the second faces south with lovely sea views and dining table and chairs. At the lower level of the property are gardens and a purpose built BBQ area. From both lower bedrooms and the lower hallway, doors lead to the terraces surrounding the generous private pool furnished with sunbeds.
Burriana beach, with its vast array of shops, bars and restaurants as well as sporting and recreational facilities is around a 10 minute walk away and a further 5 minutes walk will take you to the town of Nerja.

I just wanted to say how much we all enjoyed our holiday in Villa Colina. The Villa was very well appointed and had everything we needed. Our 5 year old Granddaughter had such a good time that she wanted Daddy to buy it!
We did have a couple of minor problems which were very quickly dealt with by the agents.
Should we wish to rent again I would have no hesitation in renting the Villa Colina.

Regarding our recent rental in Nerja I would like to complement your company and agents for the level of service and efficiency during our stay. We had some minor issues with the washing machine and shower but your agents had the problem rectified within hours of the call.
