Access to Burriana beach with its array of bars and restaurants is only a 5 minute walk away, Nerja town centre approximately 30 mins walk, 5 minutes by car.

The property is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor where there is a cloakroom/toilet, salon/dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The salon is equipped with Sat TV, DVD Player and CD player and there are patio doors leading on to a large terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine, dishwasher and the usual eletrical appliances such as toaster, coffee maker and kettle, etc.

Furnishings throughout are of a very good standard in a contemporary style. From the lounge/dining area a staircase leads up to a roof terace from which there are stunning panoramic views.

Downstairs from the entrance hall there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins which share a full bathroom and another twin bedroom with en-suite facilities. From the master bedroom patio doors open on to the pool (6 m. x 4 m.) and its terrace area.

Facilities: Washing machine - hob and oven - fride freezer - microwave - safe - fans - Sat TV (free view channels) - CD Player - DVD Player - WIFI. This villa is air conditioned which is included in the price during July and August but charged at 50 euros per week at all other times.
