The Garden Apartment is a spacious apartment with pool attached to a private villa on the eastern side of Nerja in a quiet residential area just above Burriana beach. The property is well screened from the road from which The Garden Apartment has its own private entrance. A short flight of steps leads you down to the front terrace and main entrance to the apartment. The living area is open plan and has full height and width windows to two sides; the area is divided into areas, a dining area with circular table and chairs, living with sofabed and UK freeview satellite TV and kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. The bedroom has twin beds and sliding patio doors leading to the terrace. The bathroom includes a bath with shower over. The garden apartment benefits from ceiling fans for the summer and heating for the winter months. Outside the covered terrace surrounds two sides of the apartment and has a sea view. It is furnished with sunbeds and dining table and chairs and is surrounded by mature plants giving a good level of privacy. Steps lead down to the mature garden and pool which is available from May to October.
Burriana beach, with its vast array of shops, bars and restaurants as well as sporting and recreational facilities is around a 10 minute walk away and a further 5 minutes walk will take you to the town of Nerja.
