The villa offers the best of locations being a short level stroll through the old quarter of town to the Balcσn de Europa through the many shops bars and restaurants the town of Nerja has to offer. Villa Jazmines is just a few minutes walk from Burriana beach, equidistant on foot from either the hustle and bustle of the Paseo de Burriana or from the quieter town end of the beach at Carabeo. Villa Jazmines is situated in a quiet back street so offers the best of both worlds with convenience and peaceful surroundings.
The villa is presented to a high standard and offers the perfect accommodation for groups of friends, couples and families alike. If you are travelling in a larger group Holiday Nerja also has the next door and nearby villas available for self catering holiday rental.
The villa has secure entry gate and high walls around. Several steps approach the front door then once inside the accommodation is all on one level. Offering 3 bedrooms, the master having double bed and ensuite bathroom, 2 further bedrooms, each with twin beds, further full bathroom. Open plan, fully fitted kitchen completely equipped for self catering holidays, washing machine, dishwasher, full oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. Lounge/dining room with satellite TV, CD & DVD players. Patio doors lead onto a covered terrace, ideal for dining "al fresco" and out to the main terrace and pool area where there are ample sun beds and BBQ. The pool at Villa Jazmines is triangular, 8 x 5 metres at the wider end.
Freestanding fans are provided in addition to the ceiling fans and central heating is installed for the winter months. This villa also benefits from private parking for a normal size car.
This villa is air conditioned which is included in the price during July and August but charged at 50 euros per week(one powerfull air conditioning unit in the lounge/diner).
Towels and linen are changed on a weekly basis.
