Villa Kaisarus is situated in the Parador area, one of the most sought after parts of Nerja town for self catering holiday rentals. The villa offers the best of locations being a short level stroll through the old quarter of town to the Balcón de Europa through the many shops bars and restaurants the town of Nerja has to offer. Villa Kaisarus is just a few minutes walk from Burriana beach, equidistant on foot from either the hustle and bustle of the Paseo de Burriana or from the quieter town end of the beach at Carabeo. The villa is set away from the road and offers a good degree of privacy.
The villa has secure entry gate and high walls around and is very spacious outdoors with large terrace area around the private pool and private off road parking. . On the first floor are the master bedroom with large, south facing balcony overlooking the pool, double bed and ensuite shower room. A large twin bedroom and full bathroom. The twin bedroom has sufficient space to accommodate an extra bed which is available at an additional charge. On the second floor is a further twin bedroom with en suite bathroom.
Downstairs the ground floor comprises fully fitted kitchen completely equipped for self catering rental holidays, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. Lounge/dining room with satellite TV (limited english channels), CD & DVD players. Patio doors lead to a covered terrace and onto the large main terrace and pool area where there are sun beds and BBQ. The pool at Villa Kaisarus is 7 x 3.5 metres and 1m deep at the shallow end.
Freestanding fans are provided in addition to the ceiling fans. Towels and linen are changed on a weekly basis.
The villa is presented to a high standard and offers the perfect accommodation for groups of friends, couples and families alike. If you are travelling in a larger group Holiday Nerja also has the next door and nearby villas available for self catering holiday rental.
This villa is air conditioned which is included in the price.

Rental: Kaisarus Villa, Nerja (8th July - 22 July 2011)
Hope this finds you well. Just touching base to let you know we had a wonderful holiday in Nerja! We loved the villa and thanks so much for your help in arranging this along with the car hire. We texted you on vacating the property to let you know we left the keys etc in the post box and that everything was fine - unsure though if you received the text? We are hoping to return next year for a three week vacation this time to a private villa. Given we will have visited Nerja for a third time now we were considering holidaying further down the coast - possibly towards Marbella, Peurto Banus, Estepona areas? Is this an area your business covers also? Would love to hear back from you and gain your thoughts and advice on this.
Also would you let me know when we should have our 200 euro deposit returned back into our account
