The villa is a few minutes walk from Burriana beach, easily the most popular beach in Nerja and is just a short level stroll through the old quarter of town to the Balcón de Europa through the many shops bars and restaurants the town of Nerja has to offer.
The villa has secure entry gate and high walls around and is approached by a pedestrian only pathway with secure entry. The villa was built with the sleeping accommodation downstairs so as to maximise the stunning sea, beach and mountain views from the living accommodation upstairs.
At entry level there is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, double bed, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to the pool and terrace areas. Second bedroom with twin beds and third bedroom with bunk beds, complete bathroom. Upstairs, the living accommodation comprises spacious lounge area with full frontage patio doors leading to a spacious south facing terrace with magnificent views, perfect for al fresco dining and sunbathing. The dining area also has windows to the east to give a further aspect on the stunning views. The lounge also benefits from satellite TV, CD & DVD players. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering holiday accommodation including washing machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. The pool area has sunbeds and the pool at Villa Rayo de Sol is 5.5 x 3 metres and between 0.6 and 1.3 m deep.
Freestanding fans are provided in addition to the ceiling fans and air conditioning is available at an extra charge.
Towels and linen are changed on a weekly basis.
