Description
Verde Mar 39 is a third floor one bedroom apartment with a twin bedroom, complete bathroom including a shower over the bath. The kitchen is open plan to the lounge with oven, hob, microwave, fridge etc. and the apartment also has a washing machine. The lounge has sofas, dining table and chairs and satellite TV. The living area is given a good feeling of space by one wall being completely mirrored. From the living area a door leads to the west facing, covered terrace which has a further dining table and chairs and beautiful views over the pool, tropical gardens, town and the sea.
The Verde Mar building is well maintained and served by secure entryphone system and a lift. There are beautiful gardens and a good size pool for exclusive use of guests at Verde Mar. It is superbly situated straight across the road from Carabeillo beach and just a short level walk from the old town and the Balcσn de Europa.
